The Halti Hiker Kuru, a lightweight and super comfortable outdoor shoe of the new generation, is the perfect choice for those seeking a versatile footwear option for nearly year-round use. What makes the Hiker Kuru shoes unique is their extreme comfort. Halti has paid special attention to achieving the most optimal fit in the new last they've developed. The comfort is further enhanced by the contoured insole and the self-cleaning structure, preventing rocks and sand from getting stuck in the shoes.

The mid-height upper provides more ankle support, especially beneficial on uneven terrain. Additional toe space has been added, particularly in terms of height.

The waterproof DrymaxX® membrane, combined with a sock structure, keeps your feet dry even in wet conditions. The upper and lining materials are all made from recycled polyester, and the main material is PFC-free.

The shoe is topped off with an Offroad sole designed by Michelin for Halti, which provides grip both uphill, downhill and sideways. This sole, specially designed for off-road use, is made from a so-called hybrid rubber, 30% of which is recycled rubber. The rubber compound is lightweight, grippy and durable. The midsole is a shock-absorbing and lightweight Phylon midsole.

• • If the shoes get wet, or after wash, dry them at room temperature or in a low temperature dryer cabinet, max. 40° degrees. Never dry on a radiator or in a hot sauna. Good air conditioning is desirable. Paper can be used inside the shoe, to absorb moisture.
  • Store in a dry place at room temperature.
  • Sofsthell and other textile shoes can be washed by hand in lukewarm water with mild soap. Please note that due to the multi-layer structure of DrymaxX shoes, they take a long time to dry and therefore washing should be avoided.
  • After use, brush/ wipe sand, mud and dust off the shoes, also from the inside. As the shoe dries, the dirt hardens and may break the surface material.
