Right to exchange and return

You have the right to cancel the distance sale within 14 days of delivery, subject to the limitations set out in the delivery terms of the Halti Online Store. You can cancel the sale by returning the item or by sending an email notification to Halti at: info@halti.fi

Returns

Please place the product carefully in the original package or a similar package and attach the pre-printed return label to the package. Carefully fill in the exchange and return form included in the delivery and attach it to your return shipment. Return the package to a Parcelshop return point. Find your nearest service point for returns here: https://paketshopfinder.dhlpaket.at/

Remember to save the return receipt you receive from the Parcelshop.

The return form should always include the order number (e.g. IH2345) and a list of the returned items.

To meet the deadline of the return notification (14 days), it is enough to send the notification before the end of the return period. The product has to be returned immediately after sending the notification of return.

The purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification when your return has been received and refunded.


Terms of return*

  1. The order has to be cancelled in accordance with the conditions of sale by returning the product OR by notifying Halti in writing within 14 days after the receipt of the order;
  2. The product is unused;
  3. The product is in the same condition as it was when received by the buyer and all parts of the product are intact and the price tags are still attached;
  4. The product has been placed in the original package or a similar package.


Exchange of products

It is not possible to exchange for the same product in another size or colour. If you'd like to replace the product, please place a new order at the Online Store.


Defect or wrong product

If a product you receive has a quality defect, you receive a wrong product or the product has been damaged during delivery, please contact Halti's customer service as soon as possible at: info@halti.fi. Please attach your order number (e.g. IH2345) and a description of the defect.
