Each product should have a price, image and comprehensive product information on our webstore. If the product is missing information, please let us know through the "Contact Us" form and we will correct the situation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have accepted your order, you agree to the terms and conditions of delivery. The order will automatically go to our warehouse for collection, so at this stage changes are no longer possible.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after you have accepted your order. Please check your order confirmation again! If you notice an error in the order confirmation you receive, please contact Customer Care at +358 9 8520 8288 or info@halti.fi . Please indicate in your message the relevant order number.

How do I track my order?

Order confirmation

After a successful online purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email. In case you don't receive an order confirmation email right away, please contact our customer service right away by phone at: +358-9-8520 8288 or by email at: info@halti.fi.

Shipping confirmation

When the order has been packed in the warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a Parcel Connect tracking code.

Parcel Connect tracking code

International orders will be delivered by Post Parcel Connect service in co-operation with DHL and Bring. After your order confirmation you will receive a separate e-mail message from which you will find the Post Track Code. The tracking code allows you to track the movement of the package on https://www.posti.fi/private/tracking/index.html#/?lang=en

The package will be stored for 14 days at the pick-up point.

Home deliveries are made on business days to your home address. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point where you can pick it up within 14 days.

How long does it take to deliver?

We pack the products ordered online at the fastest possible time and the normal delivery time to Europe is 3-5 days. Please note that in high season, at the time of discount sales, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the busyness of the store. 

How can I return  my order?

A 14 day exchange and return policy applies to all online purchases. Your order will include an exchange and return form with detailed instructions. If you want to return or exchange a product, the product must be unused and all price tags must still be attached.

There is a mistake in my order. What should I do?

Did you receive a wrong product or has the package been damaged during delivery? Please contact our customer service by email at: info@halti.fi. Attach photographs of the damaged package or defected product. Remember to include the order number in the message.

Which countries do you ship to?

The Halti.com Online Store ships to Germany, Austria and Sweden.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Halti will process your return as soon as it receives it. The purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will receive an email notification when your return has been received and refunded. After the notification, it will take approximately one week to receive the refund. The payer of the refund will be displayed as Stripe, our payment processing partner.

Is it safe to buy from the Halti Online Store?

Is it safe to buy a Halti online store?

Sleeping Bags

How should sleeping bags be serviced?

The sleeping bag will remain good when used and maintained properly. The sleeping bag should be ventilated before bedtime and after use. With sleeping bag you can use a sleeping bag liner that adds heat and reduces the amount of washing.

The sleeping bag should be kept loosely packaged or with lids hanging. Especially sleeping bags are recommended to be stored in their own supplied cotton bag or, in wardrobe with garment.

Wash your sleeping bag regularly in a hand or large washing machine with a mild detergent, max 40C.



Does Halti offer spare parts?

There are no curved brackets in our collection, but there are a number of spare parts available.

First, make sure whether it is an aluminum or glass fiber arc. Glassy curves are often black and silver colored in silver.

When the arch material is clear, the arc diameter should be measured. The aluminum arch is 8.5mm in diameter, but there are four different diameters available in 7.9mm, 8.5mm, 9.5mm and 11mm in glass fiber. The diameter needs to be clarified, as it may only fit the curve of a certain size.

Depending on the purpose, only one piece of arc may be sufficient for repair. In this case, the arc repair kit is a good and inexpensive option. The repair kit includes one piece of arc (approx. 50 cm long) and other necessary parts, ie elastic band, intermediate and end sleeve.

If more than one part of the arc has been broken, or either the arc has been lost - no concern! As a spare part, there is a tent arch where you can build an arc suitable for your tent.

So a repair kit like a long tent coat requires a little craft. The tire's original curves are measured and the spare parts are cut to the right length. Sharpen the arch to keep a bit of roughness so that it does not break your own hands like the tent band ribbon broken.

What is silicone-treated tents?

Silicone treatment is mostly used for demanding winter tents. Silicone treatment improves the tear strength of the fabric, improves the UV rays and helps water droplets and snow flakes easily escape from the tent.

Silicone treatment greatly improves the fabric's properties but at the same time it is not possible to put seam tapes on such a fabric (they do not just stick to the fabric). The seams are sewn with a special cotton thread which swirls with small drops of stubble. However, if the rain continues or continues, or the water reaches the tent roof, the seam may drop water. However, this is relatively rare and the other benefits of the silicone-treated fabric will outweigh the worse.
