How can I wash my DrymaxX clothing?
Always check the washing instructions on the sewn in garment care label in each item. As a general rule you can wash DrymaxX garments in 40°C using a mild detergent and plenty of water. The zips should be closed. Do not spin-dry, tumble-dry or wring tightly as this may damage the garment. We do not recommend use of a fabric softener as this may block the minute pores in the DrymaxX membrane.

How can I darn a hole in my DrymaxX garment?
The DrymaxX membrane can break from holes caused by safety pins, for example. Use a fabric glue sold at sports goods shops to repair tears and holes. We do not recommend use of impregnation agents containing silicon.

I would like to sew my club badge on my DrymaxX garment. What is the best way?
Sewing breaks the DrymaxX membrane, which is then no longer waterproof. If you really want to sew the badge on instead of gluing it, it is best sewn onto the front of the pocket.

I ripped my trousers on a tree stump, are they covered by Halti's guarantee?
Unfortunately Halti's guarantee does not cover self-inflicted damage. Halti's guarantee applies to defects in material and workmanship.

I would like to let out the waist of my trousers, how much would Halti charge for doing it?
Unfortunately Halti does not have its own repair service. Some retailers have a repair service. It's worth asking your nearest stockist.

I would like to return an item under guarantee, what should I do?
Halti only accepts items returned under guarantee through retailers. A copy of the receipt must be sent together with the garment. Contact the shop where you bought the garment and they will forward it to us!

I would like to buy a jacket and coat in different sizes but the item is sold as a suit. Who can help?
If the item is sold as a suit, Halti is unable to change it for a different sized jacket and trousers. It is worth discussing the matter with your retailer to see if they can help.
